In Nicaragua, the school year starts in
February and finishes in December. So, right now the children of the Cedric
Martin school have enjoyed their break and are returning. Only this time they will not come back with
empty hands, because thanks to the school project run by Jicaro Island Ecolodge it was possible to supply them with uniforms,
shoes and school supplies which will come in very handy as these impoverished
children begin school again.
Full of happiness, parents and children came
to the school to participate in the event of receiving this small donation
given at the end of November 2011. The project’s purpose is to improve the education of the schools of the “Isletas
community” day by day in order for the children to have a better education and
future.
