Our sustainability team at Jicaro Island Ecolodge initiated the establishment of an herb garden that includes a variety of herbs and fruits such as basil, mint, oregano, coriander, lemon, banana, etc., that are carefully cultivated on Jicaro Island.
Fresh spices and fruits are harvested from our garden and are then added to the
dishes to give it that special flavor
