Here is our chef Calley working in the open kitchen at Jicaro Island Ecolodge in Lake Nicaragua. Guests can observe as she prepares the healthy tasty dishes and chat with her about their preferences. She always open to hear special requests and feedback. One of the most interesting items that she offers for lunch is the Gallo Pinto Burger with homemade ketchup. Buen provecho!
